• Agreement terms, including availability and support commitments and data protection responsibilities.
• A named technical contact for the evaluation and beyond.

What we ask from you

• The volumes you expect, including peaks such as month-end or campaign days.
• The countries and networks your customers use.
• Where your webhook endpoint will be, and the IP addresses your requests will come from.
• Anything your security or data protection review needs to see.
